About the Among Us map wheel
Among Us is a multiplayer game, and this wheel holds its 5 maps: The Skeld, MIRA HQ, Polus, The Airship and The Fungle. Each map is one slice, so each has a 1 in 5 chance on every spin.
The wheel only decides which map. The host still has to select that map in the game, so spin first and set up the game second.
For a long session, switch on “Remove the winner after each spin”. Each picked map leaves the wheel, and your group plays through all 5 maps in a random order without a repeat.
When an Among Us map picker helps
- Getting a random Among Us map in one spin when the group cannot agree on where to play.
- Sharing your screen while you spin, so the group sees that the host did not choose.
- Typing a favorite map on a second line, which gives it two slices and makes it twice as likely as a map written once.
- Deleting the line of a map nobody wants tonight and spinning among the rest.
How to use the wheel
- Type or paste your options, one per line. The wheel redraws as you type.
- Press Spin, click the wheel, or press Ctrl+Enter while you are in the list.
- Read the pick. Remove it from the wheel if nobody should be picked twice, then spin again.
How the pick is made
Before the wheel moves, your browser draws one slice at random with crypto.getRandomValues, the same generator browsers use for security keys. Every slice has the same chance. The spin you watch only plays that result out.
Nothing about the animation changes the outcome: not how hard you click, not how long the wheel turns, not the size of your screen. The pointer always stops inside a slice, never on a line.
Your list stays in your browser. A link you copy carries the list inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded.
Questions about the Among Us map wheel
- Is this site connected to Among Us?
- No. This site is not affiliated with Among Us or its developer. It only lists the map names so you can spin for one.
- Why did the same map come up twice in a row?
- Each spin is independent, so every map has a 1 in 5 chance every time, including the one you just played. Use “Remove from wheel” in the result window if you do not want it again.
- Where do the map names come from?
- They were checked against the Wikipedia article on Among Us. You can see the source and the date of that check under the list.
- Can my friends open the same wheel?
- Yes. “Copy link to this wheel” makes a link with the list inside it, so a friend who opens it sees the same maps. Their spins are their own, so agree on whose result counts.
