About the DTI challenge wheel
The wheel opens with all 52 challenges in 4 groups: color rules, things to wear or skip, style twists, and hair and makeup rules. Each group has its own button under “Choose a list”, so you can spin only color rules when that is the kind of extra you are in the mood for.
Dress to Impress is a dress-up game on the Roblox platform, and these challenges are not part of it. They were written for this site as extra rules a player sets for one round, on top of that round’s theme, and keeping one earns nothing in the game. Clothing is described by kind, such as a hat or a skirt, because the names the game uses change with updates.
For a session with friends, decide first whether everyone shares one rule or each player gets their own. Then switch on “Remove the winner after each spin”, so a challenge leaves the wheel once it comes up and the session never repeats a rule.
Ways to play with a Dress to Impress challenge wheel
- One rule for the whole group: everybody keeps the same challenge, and you compare outfits afterward.
- A different rule for each friend: take turns spinning before the round begins.
- A video with friends: spin on screen so viewers see the rule before they see the outfit.
- Spin twice and keep both rules when a single challenge feels too easy.
How to use the wheel
- Type or paste your options, one per line. The wheel redraws as you type.
- Press Spin, click the wheel, or press Ctrl+Enter while you are in the list.
- Read the pick. Remove it from the wheel if nobody should be picked twice, then spin again.
How the pick is made
Before the wheel moves, your browser draws one slice at random with crypto.getRandomValues, the same generator browsers use for security keys. Every slice has the same chance. The spin you watch only plays that result out.
Nothing about the animation changes the outcome: not how hard you click, not how long the wheel turns, not the size of your screen. The pointer always stops inside a slice, never on a line.
Your list stays in your browser. A link you copy carries the list inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded.
Questions about the DTI challenge wheel
- Is this wheel made by the makers of Dress to Impress?
- No. The challenges were written for this site, which is not affiliated with Dress to Impress, its makers or Roblox. The name only says which game the rules are for.
- Does the wheel check whether I kept the challenge?
- No. The wheel cannot see the game, so keeping the rule is up to you and the friends you play with.
- Where do I get a theme to go with the challenge?
- From the round itself, or from the DTI Theme Wheel on this site, which picks a theme from a list taken from a community wiki.
- Can I add challenges of my own?
- Yes. Type each rule on a new line and the wheel adds a slice for it. Your list is saved in this browser, and “Copy link to this wheel” lets a friend open the same one.
