About the FNAF wheel
FNAF is short for Five Nights at Freddy’s, a series of horror video games. This wheel holds 59 of its characters: the roster of Ultimate Custom Night, a game in the series whose cast is drawn from the earlier games.
The source sorts the roster into two groups, and the wheel keeps both under “Choose a list”. “Selectable” has the 50 characters that the player of that game can select. “Non-selectable” has the 9 others that appear in it.
Drawing with friends? Check the box “Remove the winner after each spin” and take turns. A character that has been picked is gone from the wheel once its result window closes, so everyone draws someone different.
Things to do with a random FNAF character
- Draw the character the wheel names, from memory or from a picture you look up yourself.
- Pick a costume: spin, then plan an outfit around the name that comes up.
- Play a guessing game: one fan spins in secret and gives clues until the others say the name.
- Cast a fan story or a role-play: one spin per person decides who plays whom.
How to use the wheel
- Type or paste your options, one per line. The wheel redraws as you type.
- Press Spin, click the wheel, or press Ctrl+Enter while you are in the list.
- Read the pick. Remove it from the wheel if nobody should be picked twice, then spin again.
How the pick is made
Before the wheel moves, your browser draws one slice at random with crypto.getRandomValues, the same generator browsers use for security keys. Every slice has the same chance. The spin you watch only plays that result out.
Nothing about the animation changes the outcome: not how hard you click, not how long the wheel turns, not the size of your screen. The pointer always stops inside a slice, never on a line.
Your list stays in your browser. A link you copy carries the list inside the link itself, so nothing is uploaded.
Questions about the FNAF wheel
- Does the wheel have every FNAF character?
- No. It holds the roster of one game, Ultimate Custom Night, whose cast comes from the earlier games of the series. Characters introduced in later games are not on the wheel, but you can add any of them by typing the name on a new line.
- Where do the character names come from?
- They come from the Five Nights at Freddy’s Wiki, a wiki written by fans, and each name is spelled the way that wiki spells it. Below the wheel, the page lists all 59 under their group, with the source and the date it was read.
- What is the chance of landing on one character?
- With all 59 loaded, each character has a 1 in 59 chance (1.69%). “Selectable” alone gives 1 in 50 (2%), and “Non-selectable” gives 1 in 9 (11.1%).
- Will I see pictures of the characters or hear them?
- No. This FNAF wheel shows the names only, with no pictures or sounds of the characters.
- Is this site connected to Five Nights at Freddy’s?
- No. This site is not connected to Five Nights at Freddy’s, its creator or its publishers. The names appear only as entries the wheel can pick.
